**Job Description**
As a blended agent on our team, you'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools to ensure your success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients, following a guided process and logging each interaction in arenaflex's Frontline Connection CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
* Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in the appropriate system
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for continuous improvement
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
**Required Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Ability to deal with upset customers, de-escalate situations, and provide empathetic support
* Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall programs, and troubleshoot your own equipment
* Ability to navigate multiple systems with your computer, including arenaflex's Frontline Connection CRM
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support can be beneficial in this role. If you have a background in customer service, technical support, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
* Be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within arenaflex's hours of operation
* Attend training sessions and ongoing meetings to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
* Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise on calls
**Tech Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
* A desktop Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks)
* A processor with a minimum Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation) or AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation)
* 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
* A dual monitor setup
* A high-quality USB headset
* A hardwired internet connection
* Minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
* Less than 20ms ping stability
* No Spectrum internet service
**Pay and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate, with pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00 DOE. Additionally, you'll be eligible for:
