You'll be cross-trained to support multiple clients, handling inbound calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer service needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Gathering and verifying customer information, documenting it in our CRM system (Frontline Connection) * Following a guided process to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions * Collaborating with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improvement * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and expertise **Required Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts and resolve issues * Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools * Technical abilities sufficient to install, uninstall, and troubleshoot software and equipment * A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in a call center environment, remote work, or basic technical support can be beneficial.
