**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional judgement-free member experience.
* Answering phones in a friendly manner using our information script.
* Greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities.
* Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Processing beverage or merchandise purchases through our point of sale system.
* Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members.
* Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Basic computer proficiency, including experience with point of sale systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Previous experience in the fitness industry.
* Leadership or management experience.
* Basic knowledge of fitness and wellness principles.

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy:
* Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
