As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in facilitating inbound calls, updating administrative details of customer accounts, and directing calls to the appropriate departments as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and direct them to the proper departments if applicable
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve when necessary
* Help explain contract details and manage existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free experiences
* Process payments and set up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
* Engage in interactive and communicative interactions with management and co-workers, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
**Key to Success:**
* Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
* General computer and typing skills
* Passion for customer service and quality work
* Must be focused and reliable
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
* High School diploma or GED required
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
