**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing applications, issuing IDs, and administering vision, driver, and in-car road tests. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Communicate policies, procedures, and regulations to customers
* Issue IDs and process applications
* Administer vision, driver, and in-car road tests
* Process diverse vehicle registrations, titling, tax, and fee collection
* Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
* Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
* Maintain accurate records and complete assignments on time
**Training and Support**

**Minimum Qualifications**
* Customer service experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using a personal computer or other automated systems
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays
* Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
* Must have attention to detail, accuracy, and complete assignments on time
* Driving records should have a point balance of less than six demerit points and no major convictions
* Experience working in a team or group environment
* Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
