**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team for approximately 6 months, from March to September. This part-time position (20-29 hours/week) will be fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and recommending solutions to meet their needs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-level customer service, educating customers on the use of our products and services, and recommending solutions to meet their needs
* Handling high-volume incoming calls and conducting follow-up calls to customers with recent completed service requests or calls
* Working with customers to sign up for new service and resolving basic billing issues
* Upselling products and services to meet customer needs
* Troubleshooting advanced networking protocols within our company network
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Staying up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
* At least 2 years of previous networking or technical support experience
* At least 2 years of call center experience
* At least 1 year of previous sales experience
* Intermediate-level networking connectivity knowledge and troubleshooting
* Understanding of computer hardware and consumer wireless routers
* High ethical standards, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork
* The ability to solve problems with patience and a positive approach
* Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines
