As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist - Weekends, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience * Communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities where CK PACE participants reside, promoting transparency and understanding * Coordinating facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation is complete and delivery to home is back in place, guaranteeing continuity of care * Providing help desk support to network pharmacies, resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Educating PACE staff regarding CK and network pharmacy processes for facility participants, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices * Making outgoing calls to gather/confirm information necessary to process customer requests or otherwise contribute to pharmacy operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Coordinating and setting up couriers to ensure timely medication delivery, prioritizing patient satisfaction * Making outgoing calls to ensure participants have received their delivery, verifying satisfaction and resolving any issues **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, or agency representatives * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a patient-centered focus * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong computer skills to navigate proprietary and other software * Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality * Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong attention to detail * Reliable and efficient, with a commitment to meeting deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting * Knowledge of clinical terms and impacts * Familiarity with proprietary software and systems * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other software applications * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong patient-centered focus and empathy **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to supporting your growth and development.
