**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
* Submitting tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review and resolve
* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed
* Providing timely and accurate updates to customers via email or phone
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status
* Collaborating with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Staying organized and focused on closing out tickets quickly and efficiently
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
* Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software (training provided)
