Your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and submitting them into our ticketing system for review by our Help Desk technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service * Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests * Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide timely support **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable * Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work on a computer for extended periods * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong self-motivation and discipline **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience with ticketing systems and customer service software * Knowledge of I.T.
