* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensuring that customers receive timely updates and exceptional customer service
* Emailing responses to customers to keep them informed about the status of their requests

* Collaborating with our Help Desk team to resolve customer issues and provide timely support
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable
