**Responsibilities of the Part-Time Data Entry Specialist**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our operations by:
- **Efficiently utilizing SugarCRM**: Our CRM system is the backbone of our operations, and we need someone who can navigate it with ease and accuracy.
- **Placing preferred services through portals or by telephone directly with service providers**: You'll be the key to connecting our clients with the services they need, and we're looking for someone who can do this with a smile.
- **Transcribing account and confirmation numbers correctly**: Attention to detail is crucial in this role, and we need someone who can ensure that every detail is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Communicating effectively and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management**: As a representative of arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, and we need someone who can build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues.
- **Performing all other job duties as assigned**: We're a dynamic team, and we need someone who can adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
