**The Role**
We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends. As a key member of our contact center team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize arenaflex's industry-leading platform to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the home improvement industry or a related field
* Previous experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment
