**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
* Answering phones and responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries with empathy and expertise
* Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring efficient processing and delivery
* Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
* Previous experience in pharmacy, with a strong understanding of brand name and generic medications
* LTC pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge (a plus)
* Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:
* Frameworks/ECM knowledge, with experience in implementing and managing these systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
