As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
* Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)
