As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be a key leader in our Operations team, responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our customer expectations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered at the right time, to the right location. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Supporting, mentoring, and motivating** your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
* **Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises** to ensure seamless operations
* **Collaborating** with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
* **Lifting up to 49 pounds** and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
* **Standing/walking** for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
* **Working in an environment** where the noise level varies and can be loud
* **Working in an environment** that is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments)
* **Continuously climbing and descending stairs** (applies to sites with stairs)

We hire Area Managers based on location preference and the business' current openings. Our current opening is located in Orlando, FL, USA.
**Estimated Salary**
The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.
