**Key Responsibilities and Job Elements**
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce**: Foster a positive and productive work environment, empowering your team to achieve their best.

* **Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach**: Meet the physical demands of the role, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* **Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts**: Be prepared to work long hours, standing and walking in a variety of environments.
* **Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud**: Adapt to changing noise levels and work in a dynamic environment.
* **Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather**: Be prepared to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
* **Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)**: Meet the physical demands of the role, working in sites with stairs.
**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
