**About the Role**
As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops. You'll be responsible for:
- Professionally answering a variety of inbound calls using scripted prompts
- Accurately entering claim data into our production systems while on a live phone call
- Effectively and compassionately guiding customers through the process of filing a glass claim
- Verifying customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicating the information to the customer
- Assisting customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services
- Utilizing systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience
- Providing solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and auto glass shops
- Enter claim data into our production systems accurately and efficiently
- Guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim, building rapport and focusing on their specific needs
- Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicate the information to the customer
- Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services
- Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call
**Professional Requirements**
- Must be comfortable working in a highly structured performance-based environment
- Must demonstrate high ethical and confidentiality standards
- Must have knowledge of computer and telephone systems and the ability to operate those systems with confidence in a remote environment
- Must be able to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers with a caring heart and service mindset
- Must be able to read and utilize provided scripting in a conversational and timely manner
- Must demonstrate a high level of empathy and integrity by always doing the right thing
- Must have an upbeat personality and be able to show an authentic willingness to assist our customers
- Must have previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled
**Work from Home Requirements**
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher
- Must have high speed internet that meets the following requirements:
- Download Speed = 25 Mbps or higher
- Upload Speed = 10 Mbps or higher
- Ping = 50 ms or lower
- Jitter = 20 ms or lower
- Must have an Ethernet cable and the ability to connect directly to your modem (cannot use wi-fi)
- Must have a USB wired headset
- Must have a webcam
- Must have a dedicated workspace free from background noise and interruptions
