We're a company that values creativity, individuality, and the art of drag, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Position Overview** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes answering the company phone, responding to voicemails, emailing guests who have questions about our drag queen-hosted tours, and managing bookings using our reservation management system. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. **Key Responsibilities** * **Email Correspondence**: Respond to guest inquiries via email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up. * **Voicemail Management**: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm. * **Reservation Management**: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience. * **Customer Assistance**: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information. * **Problem Resolution**: Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary. * **Maintain Brand Voice**: Communicate in a manner that reflects the fun, engaging, and fabulous personality of arenaflex. **Qualifications** * **Experience**: Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting or tourism/hospitality industry. * **Reservation Management Skills**: Experience using a reservation management system is a plus. * **Google Workspace**: Experience with gmail, google voice is a plus. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone. * **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable using email platforms, VoIP phone systems, and other digital communication tools. * **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently. * **Availability**: About 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexible weekday hours and occasional required weekends. * **Personality**: Positive, outgoing, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. * **Drag Fan**: Must be a fan of drag culture and appreciate the art of drag – enthusiasm for the queens is a must! **Perks of Joining Our Team** * **Flexible, part-time hours** you can manage from the comfort of your home. * **Be part of a fun, dynamic team** that celebrates inclusivity, entertainment, and all things fabulous. * **Opportunity to learn about the vibrant culture and history of Palm Springs** – from the queens who know it best! * **Room for growth within a fast-growing startup**. * **Work for a company that values creativity, individuality, and the art of drag**. **Job Type**: Contract **Pay**: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour **Expected hours**: 8 – 15 per week **Benefits** * **Flexible schedule** * **Professional development assistance** * **Work from home** **People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply** **Work Location**: Remote
