* Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating with customers as needed

* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in our ticketing system
* Collaborating with the Help Desk team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticket support or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
