As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing entry-level application administration, including data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed (over 40 wpm) * Provide excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals * Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner * Collaborate with our development team to build organizations and users in Link * Support our divisions with shift work, including 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST shifts * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (over 40 wpm) * Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus) * Proficient in Word and Excel * Reliable internet connection required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus * Previous experience in application administration or customer support * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
