**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse team. You'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders, as well as troubleshooting problems and ensuring product quality. **Key Responsibilities**
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and putting away inventory in a timely and efficient manner
* Selecting and packing customer orders with precision and care
* Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all items are properly secured and labeled
* Using scanners to read bar codes on products, accurately tracking inventory and orders
* Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring that all orders are processed correctly
* Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring that all products meet quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
* Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or data entry environment; experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment a plus
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, push utility carts up to 60 pounds, and stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
* Strong computer skills, with experience using scanners and other equipment
* Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Adherence to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Experience using power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers
* Certification in a relevant area, such as forklift operation or warehouse management
