**Job Summary**
As a Remote Live Chat Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for managing live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and helping to drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage live chat conversations with customers on our clients' websites and social media pages
- Respond to incoming inquiries from customers, providing timely and accurate responses
- Help customers with their queries, resolving issues and providing solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, driving sales growth
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and sales conversions
**Requirements**
