arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. **Responsibilities:**
• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and effective resolution of financial obligations.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing ongoing learning and development opportunities.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

**Requirements:**
• High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• REMOTE WORK:

+ Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, meeting or exceeding performance standards.
+ Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus, providing a strong foundation in patient care and customer service.
**Technical Requirements:**
• Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second, ensuring reliable and high-speed connectivity.
• No satellite internet, utilizing a wired connection for optimal performance.
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with an Ethernet cord, adhering to arenaflex's technical requirements.

**Pay Range:**
$15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher, reflecting a competitive compensation package that rewards your skills and experience.

**Shift and Schedule:**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST), providing a consistent and predictable schedule that allows for work-life balance.
