If you are interested in a career where learning and engagement are valued, and the lives you touch provide you with a higher sense of purpose, then arenaflex is the place for you! **Responsibilities:** As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they understand their financial obligations and are provided with clear and concise information about their billing. * Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach to customer service. * Maintaining performance goals, including metrics such as call volume, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. * Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. * Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work. * The ability to perform successfully in a team environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service. * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. **Requirements:** To be considered for this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * The ability to work remotely from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection. * The ability to manage time and tasks independently, while maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals. * Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required. **Technical Requirements:** To ensure that you can perform the duties of this role, you will need: * An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. * No satellite internet. * The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord.
