**Job Description**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to our patients, answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise. **Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Prior work experience in a pharmacy or retail environment, preferably with arenaflex
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
* Strong math skills, with the ability to accurately process prescriptions and handle cash and credit transactions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience with arenaflex's pharmacy systems and software
* Certification in pharmacy technology or a related field
