We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for customer service and excellence. **Responsibilities:** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have * Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and disposing of trash and recyclables * Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and counting and reconciling inventory * Performing administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and performing other duties as assigned * Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services, including our pharmacy services and promotions * Building and maintaining relationships with customers, including offering personalized recommendations and solutions to meet their needs * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals * Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred * 6 months of experience in a retail environment preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems * PTCB certification preferred * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience working in a pharmacy or retail environment * Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management systems * Excellent numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions * Experience with customer service software and systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Benefits and Compensation:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Flexible scheduling and remote work options * Discounts on arenaflex products and services * Opportunities for professional certifications and continuing education **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a challenging and rewarding remote opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
