With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we're shaping the future of healthcare. **Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in managing the prescription needs of injured workers. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network * Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications * Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits * Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data * Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems * Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications * Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients * Performing other duties as assigned **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems * Experience with Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions * Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills are highly desirable. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off **Work Environment and Company Culture** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
