**The Role**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that performs a critical function in our business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
* Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency in the use of computers, multiple software systems, and learning of new programs
* Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to handle significant email and phone communications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports
* Exceptional understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing processes and needs
* Familiarity with and commitment to serving as part of a dedicated team
