**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, weekend schedule. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home on alternating weekends, with a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
* Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
* Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
* Supporting client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
* Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems
* Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
* Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics related to claimant medications
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Familiarity with and experience working as part of a dedicated team
* Excellent written grammatical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports
* Exceptional understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
* Ability to edit, grammar, and spelling with precision
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software systems
* Ability to learn new programs and adapt to changing processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
