**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (On-Site) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing process. You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to triage customer service requests, calculate and verify correct dosages, and provide best-in-class customer service to our patients and customers.
**Day in the Life**
As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of exciting and challenging tasks. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
* Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
* Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
* Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing process
* Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
* Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
