**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry, Customer Service (On-Site/Overnight) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our closed-door pharmacy. You will be responsible for performing order entry tasks, collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. **Day in the Life**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry, Customer Service (On-Site/Overnight) at arenaflex, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including:
* Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
* Providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, including triaging customer service requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Calculating and verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions and assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a timely manner
* Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
* Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications:
* Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
* Prior experience in the long-term care industry
* PTCB National Certification
* Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
