You'll also communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately read, interpret, and enter patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and insurance information * Contact healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies * Respond to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns related to patient data or medication orders * Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Current AZ Pharmacy Technician License * At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting * Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications * Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 6 months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician * Experience working with and resolving client needs via telephone * Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications * Familiarity with clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support roles * Client service experience in an office setting * At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone client care * Strong customer service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in computer programs and software applications * Strong data entry skills **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility.
