* Progress to a Phone Closer role, where you'll focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
* Develop into a full-cycle High Ticket Sales Representative, where you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging to understand their business needs and goals
* Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships through exceptional customer service and sales skills
* Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals, with opportunities for bonuses and commissions
* Providing customers with exceptional customer service, answering questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
* Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales and collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
* Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

**Compensation and Benefits**
As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with:
* Hourly + Commissions
* Training: $150-$300
* $800-$1500 at Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training)
* $1600-$2500 at Advanced Level (5 months and onward)
* No cap on commissions – your earnings will highly depend on your performance
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* C1-C2 English
* Computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
* Full-Time Availability
