**Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Resolve complex consumer issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues.
* **Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns**: Provide support to policy holders with billing-related inquiries and concerns.
* **Provide support to policy holders with policy changes**: Assist policy holders with any policy changes requested, providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
* **Support policy holders' needs**: Use your logical problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **6 months of customer service experience**: Minimum requirement, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Over 18 years of age**: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role.
* **Ability to type 25 wpm**: Demonstrate your typing skills and accuracy.
* **High School Graduate or GED**: Meet the minimum educational requirement.
* **Comfort with desktop computer systems**: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
* **Proven oral and written communication skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)**: Previous experience in a call center environment is a plus.
* **Logical problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* **Availability to work various shifts**: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* **Ability to use Windows operating systems**: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* **ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms**: Ensure your internet service provider meets these requirements.
* **Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN**: Use a reliable internet connection that meets our requirements.
* **Proof of internet speed required**: Provide documentation of your internet speed to ensure compliance.
