As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to respond to their needs. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be required to:
* Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
* Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
* Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience (minimum).
* Over 18 years of age.
* Ability to type 25 wpm.
* High School Graduate or GED.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.
* 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred).
* Logical problem-solving skills.
* Availability to work various shifts.
* Ability to use Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* Proof of internet speed required.
* A clean and quiet workspace.
