As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. **Your Responsibilities**
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Resolving Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* **Assisting Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes requested.
* **Supporting Policy Holder Needs**: Use your logical problem-solving skills to provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
* **Age**: You must be over 18 years of age.
* **Typing Speed**: You'll need to be able to type 25 wpm.
* **Education**: A high school graduate or GED is required.
* **Computer Skills**: You'll need to be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* **Communication Skills**: Proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
* **Call Center Experience**: 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to use logical problem-solving skills to resolve complex consumer issues.
* **Availability**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts.
* **Work from Home Requirements**: You'll need to meet our work from home requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps, a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and a clean and quiet workspace.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* **ISP**: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
