**Job Description**
As a Proactive Security Engineer on our Customer Service Security team, you'll play a critical role in protecting millions of customers' sensitive information and safeguarding our operations from potential security threats. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and address security vulnerabilities, develop and implement proactive security measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify and analyze security threats and vulnerabilities in our systems and applications
* Develop and implement proactive security measures to prevent and mitigate potential threats

**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on proactive security measures and threat prevention
* Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and industry standards (e.g. NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
* Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners

**Preferred Qualifications:**
