**A Day in the Life**
As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, each day will bring new opportunities to impact arenaflex's customers and drive retention. You may start your day reviewing customer feedback and product usage data to identify friction points, then collaborate with the product team to develop an email campaign to reengage lapsed users. In the afternoon, you might present retention metrics and campaign results to leadership, while also planning for an upcoming product launch that requires a comprehensive retention strategy across multiple touchpoints. The variety of projects and ability to directly influence customer loyalty is what makes this role so exciting.
**About the Team**
The Customer Experience & Engagement team at arenaflex is a dynamic group of marketing, product, creative, and analytical experts united by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Whether recommending new smart home solutions or ensuring current devices remain online and performing well, the CxE team is constantly finding ways to engage and retain arenaflex's growing customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Product Manager – Retention, Customer Experience & Engagement, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing audience-specific messaging and communication strategies across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to drive device, subscription, and user retention
* Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Business Intelligence, Hardware, and Data Science teams to understand product usage, customer behaviors, and pain points impacting retention
* Leveraging data and customer insights to identify opportunities and act as the voice of the customer to propose communications that improve the arenaflex customer experience
* Testing, tracking, and measuring the impact of retention initiatives on key metrics like device health, subscription renewals, and user engagement
* Communicating campaign performance and recommendations to leadership to inform future retention strategies
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer retention to continuously improve arenaflex's approach
**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
* Experience owning technology products
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
**Skills and Competencies**
* Strong product management skills with a focus on customer retention and experience
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. arenaflex is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
