**Position Purpose**
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving business value through the production of quality products. You will work closely with Product Directors and cross-functional program leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization. Your expertise in generating innovative ideas for growth within your respective areas and across the Product management organization will be invaluable in driving change management and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Delivery and Execution (10%)**: Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%)**: Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes. Cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams. Provide visibility of the work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%)**: Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $125,000 - $250,000, depending on location and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
