**Job Summary**
As a Product Principal - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for driving business value through the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Directors and program leaders, to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization. Your expertise in generating innovative ideas for growth, driving change management, and process improvement will be essential in achieving arenaflex's strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Delivery and Execution (10%):**
+ Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment.
+ Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products align with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%):**
+ Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes and cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs.
+ Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams.
+ Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams (inputs for planning sessions).
+ Provide visibility of work by providing a holistic roadmap with dependencies.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%):**
+ Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery.
+ Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments.
+ Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.
**Requirements**
* **Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
