Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for Slalom Flex, you will play a critical role in overseeing the fulfillment of larger organizational goals. You will be responsible for performing core non-technical project management duties, creating project plans, managing RAID logs, action item follow-ups, and content creation. You will work closely with the System and BI team on key initiatives, participate in meetings with stakeholders to define and revise projects and programs, and develop budgets. Your ability to identify opportunities for efficiency, decrease redundancies, and analyze project interdependencies will be essential in driving project success.
- Perform core non-technical project management duties, including project planning, coordination, and execution
- Create project plans, manage RAID logs, action item follow-ups, and content creation (PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Work with the System and BI team on key initiatives, including meeting content creation and follow-up, agenda setting, project plans, and more
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to define and revise projects and programs, and develop budgets
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, decrease redundancies, and analyze project interdependencies
- Engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines
- Evaluate and assess the program's strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations for improvement
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities. These include:
- 4 years of experience in complex project management, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- MSFT experience preferred, with a strong understanding of project management tools and technologies
- Dynamism and flexibility, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- An eye for accuracy and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to information seeking and validation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a strong foundation in business, technology, or a related field
- Remote work experience, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment (PST hours)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
