Some of the highlights include: * **Qualfon University Scholarship Program**: Further your education and earn a college degree through our scholarship program. * **Qualfon Care Coaches' Program**: Enjoy FREE access to personal and professional support through our Care Coaches' program. * **Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life & Accident Insurance**: Receive comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. * **Competitive Wages**: Enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.50. * **Paid Time Off**: Take breaks and recharge with our generous paid time off policy. * **Fun@Work**: Join a culture that's dedicated to ensuring our team members have fun at work! **Responsibilities** As a Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Fielding Inbound Communication**: Respond to phone, email, chat, social media, and other forms of communication from our clients' members regarding their insurance needs. * **Utilizing Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance**: Help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes. * **Conducting Research and Presenting Solutions**: Gather information, conduct research, and present customers with effective solutions to their insurance needs. * **Corresponding with Customers and Clients**: Communicate with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations. * **Executing Client Service Transactions**: Responsible for executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks. * **Adhering to Performance Metrics and Quality Standards**: Meet performance metrics and quality standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License**: A valid license to practice as a licensed insurance agent. * **Minimum 1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * **1 Year of Call Center Experience**: Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment. * **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent. * **Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * **Professional, Articulate Voice and Listening Skills**: A professional and articulate voice, with excellent listening skills. * **Maintain Member Privacy**: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * **Internet & Research Skills**: Ability to research and quickly become an expert in various subjects. * **Computer Savvy**: Proficiency in using computer applications and resolving minor technical issues. * **Typing 25 Words per Minute with 90% Accuracy**: Ability to type accurately and efficiently. * **Ability to Critically Think**: Ability to think critically and come up with effective solutions. * **Enjoy Working in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a professional attitude. **Equal Opportunity Statement** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
