Some of your key responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Inbound Communication**: Respond to phone, email, chat, social media, and other forms of communication from our clients' customers. * **Utilizing Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance**: Help customers with quotes, new business, rating, policy, billing, payment, underwriting, contract, and coverage provisions, and premium changes. * **Conducting Research and Presenting Solutions**: Utilize resources to conduct research and present customers with a resolution to their issues. * **Corresponding with Customers and Clients**: Correspond with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide coverage information and policy recommendations. * **Executing Client Service Transactions**: Responsible for executing various client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations, or other tasks. * **Adhering to Performance Metrics and Quality Standards**: Meet performance metrics and quality standards to ensure exceptional customer service. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License**: Hold an active resident property and casualty or personal lines license. * **Minimum 1 Year of Customer Service Experience**: Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. * **1 Year of Call Center Experience**: Have 1 year of call center experience. * **High School Diploma or GED**: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. * **Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills**: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. * **Professional, Articulate Voice and Listening Skills**: Have a professional, articulate voice and listening skills. * **Maintain Member Privacy**: Maintain member privacy and confidentiality. * **Internet & Research Skills**: Have the ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects. * **Computer Savvy**: Be computer savvy and able to resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance. * **Typing 25 Words per Minute with 90% Accuracy**: Type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. * **Ability to Critically Think**: Have the ability to critically think through situations and solutions. * **Enjoy Working in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude. * **Self-Motivated and Independent**: Be self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance. **Equal Opportunity Statement** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer.
