Our culture reflects our values of excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication, and we're passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. **Job Summary** As a Property and Casualty Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and they maintain their policies with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. You'll work in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center-like environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve their needs quickly and efficiently. * Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers. * Answer questions related to coverages, billing, and policy history. * Use a proactive approach to identify and assess customers' needs and offer our services to ensure each customer is placed best for their needs.
