Our mission is to connect people to what matters in their lives through friendly, reliable, and affordable air travel, while having fun and growing as a future expert. **Job Summary** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will assist in using data to create, present, and make recommendations for innovative ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to alleviate the risk of resistance through process improvements. These improvements will support arenaflex's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thus providing a competitive advantage to our company. **Responsibilities and Expectations** The responsibilities and expectations of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst may include, but are not limited to: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities. * Present insights, patterns, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Help with creating and distributing specific queries to pull and coordinate data from different sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Statistics. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey thoughts and ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to diverse audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are highly valued. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help-oriented climate. * Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual. * Past internship experience in a related field is highly valued. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately. * Ability to plan and support large business initiatives. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour * Free, unlimited space available travel benefits for yourself (assessments and expenses may apply on international travel) * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including a PC, for the internship * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
