**Key Responsibilities**
As our QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering paper invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy
* Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless financial tracking and reporting
* Generating reports in QuickBooks to track annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance

**Qualifications**

* Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required
