As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers and our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of cargo, baggage, and mail, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer service. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early morning and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on our operational needs and your seniority.
