**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ramp Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of cargo and baggage to and from aircraft. Your tasks will include:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination
* Maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority.

**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
