**Job Summary**
As a Registered Nurse, Government Intel Customer Support, you will provide healthcare services to our government intelligence customers, including triage medical conditions, responding to medical emergencies, and providing health counseling and education. You will work closely with our customers to identify and address their healthcare needs, and provide personalized health counseling and education to improve health outcomes. You will also perform medical surveillance activities, provide walk-in care, and deliver preventative care, including immunizations, blood pressure checks, and glucose monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide initial care and treatment for on-the-job injuries and illnesses
* Respond quickly and calmly to medical emergencies, including the use of portable automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and intravenous fluid resuscitation
* Perform medical surveillance activities, including health risk assessments and education
* Provide walk-in care, including immunizations, blood pressure checks, and glucose monitoring
* Deliver preventative care, including health screenings and health risk reduction seminars
* Perform waived testing (point of care) laboratory procedures and responsive activities
* Administer short-term treatments prescribed by a personal physician, including injectable medication administration
* Perform comprehensive Health Risk Assessments, education, and counseling
* Provide Provision of health risk reduction seminars (if directed) focused on core health risks
* Perform all other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school in the National League for Nursing
* Registered Nurse licensure with CPR/AED certification
* 1+ year experience in occupational health or related experience, such as public health/community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department, or ambulatory healthcare
* Experience responding to triage medical conditions and medical emergencies
* Strong clinical abilities and enthusiasm for a collaborative approach to treatment
* Excellent communication and organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to perform identified nursing services
* Competent in basic Microsoft Office suite programs to develop adequate site activity reports and perform accurate and legible data collection activities as directed
* Top Secret with SCI polygraph clearance OR willingness to go through the process of obtaining the clearance
