**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying customer questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Connecting with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
* **Calmly Resolving Issues**: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
* **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
* **Responding to Requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
* **Tracking Call Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
* **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues.
* **Upselling**: Upsell if required.
**Qualifications**

* **Ability to Work Remotely**: Work effectively in a virtual team environment.
* **Customer Service Experience**: 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* **Age**: Be at least 18 years old.
* **Typing Speed**: Type at least 25 words per minute.
* **Education**: Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* **Computer Skills**: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems.
* **Communication Skills**: Possess proven oral and written communication skills.
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills.
* **Organization and Prioritization**: Possess organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success as a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following work from home requirements:
* **Internet Requirements**: Have a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Ensure your internet service provider (ISP) has no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet Connection**: Do not use satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN connections.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: Provide proof of your internet speed.
