Your key responsibilities will include: * **Connecting with customers**: You'll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly resolving issues**: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise. * **Escalating interactions**: You'll escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Responding to requests**: You'll respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Tracking call-related information**: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing feedback**: You'll provide feedback on call issues. * **Upselling**: You'll upsell if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
